Intrauterine Insemination

Intrauterine insemination is a type of artificial insemination. This procedure is done in the office and requires only a few minutes. It most commonly is done when a couple had problems conceiving naturally and desire to increase their chances of a pregnancy. The procedure can be done with the husband's sperm or , in the case of abnormal sperm, with a donor sperm from a sperm bank.
