Gary Strobel

Gary Strobel was born and raised in Bell City, Missouri. After graduating he married Nancy Richardson and in 1964 moved to Tallulah Louisiana to run one of the family farms. We had 2 children while living in Louisiana and was lucky enough to send both of them to college and to teach them the farm work ethic. They are Dr. G. DeAn Strobel, MD, and Darin Strobel.

I ran our family's farm until 1993 raising soybeans, cotton, corn, wheat, and our children. In 1993 I rented the farm to form Sparta Manufacturing Corp. where we built truck trailers for 12 years. We Specialized in Hopper Bottom Grain trailers but many other types over the years.

After our Daughter had twins we started thinking about moving to the Sherman, Denison area to be with our grandchildren William and Schuyler Marshall our only grandchildren.
